Chartered Surveyors was founded by Peter M Gould and is now based in Brixham, Devon, to service the South West and deliver a wide range of bespoke surveying services primarily all commercial property sectors. Peter M Gould, originally from the West Midlands, has been in the construction industry for almost 40 years and founded his first practice in 1991 focused on providing specialist, personalised advice to owners and occupiers of commercial property. Peter is also a valuer licensee under the new RICS scheme and holds a licence to undertake and provide RICS home surveys. The firm is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
