	Homebuyers Report: Usually undertaken by a Chartered Surveyor who must be Licensed to provide this service by the R.I.C.S. This is far more detailed than a Standard Valuation but less detailed than the Structural Survey. However the Homebuyers Report will identify structural defects and recommend that a Chartered Building Surveyor or Structural Engineer be appointed. The report is optional and you pay for it, but this report will identify possible problems and may give you the chance to negotiate a lower price.
